Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie
Extremely healthy cookies with no flour, butter, and white sugar!
Ingredients
Peanut Butter (1cup)
Honey (2 Tbsp)
Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp)
Oats (2/3 cups)
Salt (1/8 tsp)
Baking Soda (1 tsp)
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
Egg (1 Large)
Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
Instructions
– Preheat the oven for 180 Celcius
– In a bowl, mix in the peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar
– Add and mix in the oats, salt, baking soda, and vanilla extract
– Beat the egg in a separate bowl and add it to the first bowl
– Add in the chocolate chip and mix everything very well
– With an ice cream scoop, form balls and place them on the baking sheet, press each one to make it slightly flat
– Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the bottom turns brown, keep your eyes on them
– Take them out and let them cool completely
